Following of an ancient Sicilian tradition Feudo Vagliasindi has decided to undertake a food philosophy of respect for the land, the environment and health.

Leveraging the proverbial fertility of Etna earth, Feudo Vagliasindi has dedicated a plot of his farm for the cultivation of vegetables that are used for the preparation of the dishes offered by the restaurant. The basic idea is environmental sustainability, the cultivation of vegetables without use of chemical products and the return at the earth.
